Competitive club's Mission
The Mission of the Competitive Club Department is to introduce players and parents to a supplementary educational approach aimed at developing players’ game intelligence, which we refer to as ‘mental speed.’ Mental speed is the player’s ability to make decisions before receiving the ball. Unlike traditional coaching methods, our approach focuses on education rather than direct coaching. While coaches often draw from their own experiences and rely on drills, our educators aim to explain the ‘why,’ ‘how,’ and ‘what’ behind the best decisions available to players before they receive the ball.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
We believe in a vertical integration methodology for players , The Competitive Club laboratory will have the ages 8 to 13 years old – In 2024/25 season we will be working only with Boys. The 25/26 season we must start to educate the girls program, which emphasizes decision-making skills prior to ball reception. This approach aims to make players unpredictable, reduce the risk of injuries, and prepare them for playing at a high level and, of course, have fun and build great friendships.
What your child will receive during the 10 months season
1. Biometrics – Body composition measurement
2.. Physical Evaluation- Aerobic Resistance – Elasticity – Speed and Agility
3. Review your 12 techniques- Phase 1 and Phase 2 – Technical analyze
4. Provide the opportunity to Analyze, develop and guide you physically, technically, tactically, and psychological. – Provide a six -month individual player assessment
7. Improve the Mental Speed – Player’s intelligence – Understanding the why, when and how apply the best decision
8. Development of the Player’s functions on the field- Tactical schemes – Functional training
9. Ability of read the game and apply the correct decisions – (Tactical and Technical Tactical) consistently.
10. Become an unpredictable player (learn how play without the ball) pre reaction, improvisation, and decision.
11. Development the 3 dimensions of a forward
12. Be able to identify the best decision of 6 situations to defend or score a goal

The dream started in 1979, after a short player carrier with the pro club Paulista FC in Sao Paulo – Brazil. As any teen around the world my dream was to play for the Olympic team of Brazil. I never had the opportunity to be educationally guided to this dream. The dream to become a player was replaced by becoming the best youth educator of the game. As an educator, I could provide the correct guidance to any child I could reach, and be able to explain the why, when and how of each concept of this beautiful game.
